1. Your responsibility
You are responsible for all links, destinations, QR codes, pages, forms, uploads, domains, tracking, messages, and other activity associated with your account or workspace. You must comply with applicable law and obtain all required permissions.
2. Illegal, deceptive, or harmful activity
You may not use Linkify to create, facilitate, promote, conceal, or distribute:
- Malware, ransomware, phishing, credential theft, malicious redirects, deceptive downloads, or instructions intended to compromise systems.
- Fraud, impersonation, scams, counterfeit activity, unlawful gambling, or materially misleading offers.
- Content that exploits or endangers children, facilitates trafficking, or depicts non-consensual intimate material.
- Credible threats, targeted harassment, unlawful discrimination, or incitement to violence.
- Content or activity that violates intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, consumer-protection, or other legal rights.
- Goods, services, or conduct prohibited by applicable law.
3. Spam and unwanted communications
- Do not use Linkify for unsolicited bulk messages, address harvesting, list purchasing, or communications that violate anti-spam or direct-marketing laws.
- Do not disguise the sender, destination, purpose, or commercial nature of a communication.
- Subscriber forms must include suitable notice and consent, and you must honour opt-out, deletion, and suppression requests.
4. Privacy and tracking
- Do not collect sensitive or regulated information unless Linkify has expressly agreed to support that use and you have appropriate safeguards.
- Do not track people, use pixels, or combine analytics data unlawfully or without required notice and consent.
- Do not publish another person’s personal information without authority or use Linkify for surveillance, doxxing, or identity abuse.
- Do not attempt to reverse pseudonymisation or identify visitors from Linkify analytics.
5. Platform and security abuse
- Do not probe, scan, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorised access to Linkify or another account.
- Do not bypass quotas, rate limits, access controls, reserved identifiers, abuse checks, or payment restrictions.
- Do not automate activity in a manner that degrades the service or distorts analytics.
- Do not upload executable, weaponised, obfuscated, or otherwise dangerous content.
6. Domains, branding, and identity
You must control or be authorised to use every custom domain, logo, trade mark, brand identity, and sender identity you connect to Linkify. You may not imply endorsement by Linkify or another party without permission.
7. Review and enforcement
Linkify may automatically screen destinations and may investigate reports. We may block a destination, limit distribution, archive content, suspend a workspace, preserve evidence, or notify affected parties and authorities where reasonably necessary. Enforcement decisions may consider severity, context, history, intent, remediation, and risk.
8. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to security@linkify.global. Include the Linkify URL, why it is harmful or unlawful, supporting evidence, and a reliable way to contact you. Knowingly false or abusive reports are prohibited.
